Aspire Home Health Care participates in the fourth annual Senior Housing Expo hosted by the city of La Mesa
San Diego, CA, February 5, 2008 --
Aspire Home Health Care participated in the fourth annual Senior Housing Expo hosted by the city of La Mesa. The event was free and attended by over 400 community members. Judy Stern, human services manager for the city of La Mesa believes the expo is an important event for the community because not only seniors, but those who have aging parents, can benefit from the information they receive. Stern said, "It's a way to help them plan before a crisis occurs. Family members can begin a dialogue with mom or dad about the different options that are available, for when they begin to experience health changes."
NBC 7/39's Consumer Bob, keynote presenter for the event, shared information about finding good deals, saving money, and avoiding scams. Aspire was thankful to participate in the event as one of the exhibitors. We were able to educate and offer valuable information about housing options for seniors and their family members. We're looking forward to participating and supporting the San Diego community again next year!
